Pretty Incredible Kitchen

We went a little crazy and decided to redo our kitchen on a whim! Not only that, but we decided to start the whole process weeks before Baby Erickson #5 was due to arrive. This first picture is the before shot. It really wasn't a bad kitchen before.. but oh well! Too late.

Here is the "after-demo" shot. We lived with no kitchen at all for about 4 days. We had no FULL kitchen for 3 weeks. Washing the dishes in the bathroom sink was a whole lot of fun, as you can imagine!

Then finally it was all done! Two days before Baby Erickson came into the world. The first morning that we had a complete kitchen, I still found myself taking my cereal bowl into the bathroom to rinse it out!
